5th Street Ventures was founded in 1997 by Joel Buttenhoff and Joe Sullivan for the long term ownership of commercial properties.

Through the strategic acquisition and renovation of underutilized properties, 5th Street Ventures has built a portfolio of Twin Cities commercial buildings exceeding 1,000,000 square feet. With hands-on property management, 5th Street Ventures is able to immediately respond to tenant needs. Our focus on  controlling renovation and operating costs allows 5th Street Ventures to offer tenants extremely cost effective office and warehouse space.

While the long term property ownership consists primarily of industrial buildings, 5th Street Ventures has also developed and owns retail and office properties and has completed numerous residential and commercial land developments in the Twin Cities metro area.
